What if I don't have my community fully figured out yet?
That's more common than you think. The intake form is designed to help you clarify. And if you need help naming your tie that binds or articulating your ground rules, we'll work through it with you during the build.
Can I update the questions or scoring later?
One round of minor text edits is included. After that, modifications are available at $197/hour — quoted before we start so there are no surprises.
Do I need a website to use this?
No. Your Fit Finder lives on a subdomain we host. You share the link wherever your prospects are — social bios, email, event pages, DMs. No website required. If you DO have a domain and want a custom subdomain (like fit.yourdomain.com), that's included at no extra cost — we just need direct access to your DNS records so our team can configure it.
What happens to the leads?
Every lead (name, email, answers, score, tier) is sent to your CRM or email platform via webhook. We do not store, sell, or use your prospect data.
What if I want more than one assessment?
Each additional Fit Finder is a separate build at the applicable rate. Summit attendees get the $997 price for additional builds ordered during the event window.
Is this just a fancy Typeform?
No. Typeform doesn't score across weighted dimensions, generate tiered results with personalized copy, or deploy as a fully branded standalone app. This is a custom-built lead qualification tool — not a form.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes — and it's included at no additional cost. If you want your Fit Finder to live on a custom subdomain like fit.yourdomain.com instead of our default URL, just give our team direct access to your DNS records and we'll configure it during deployment. We handle the setup, the SSL certificate, everything. The only requirement is that our team has the credentials to make the DNS changes directly — we can't work through back-and-forth with a third-party webmaster or host support team.
